• Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before arrival, paying a penalty fee of 30% of the total charge. • If a guest cancels or modifies their reservation within the 48-hour period before arrival they will be charged 100% of their reservation fee. This will also apply in case guests fail to show up on the date of arrival. • In case a guest decides to vacate the premises before the checkout date, they will not be entitled to a refund. This is the case in every structure in the hospitality industry on a national and international level.
Rules
• No pets are allowed in the building. • No smoking is allowed in the building. • Guests are not allowed to have parties in the building. • Only registered guests are allowed in the building. Unregistered people are considered trespassers. • Loud noises are not allowed. • Loud music or loud TV that may bother guests is not allowed from 22:00hs until 10:00. By making their reservation, guests are agreeing to the aforementioned conditions. Other rules on the internal code of conduct may be added or communicated upon arrival.
